Athletes need to train their character in order to become the best they can be. Mental training is 90% of what we do. Journaling is an important part of mental training. It reduces stress, reduces the effects of asthma, arthritis and other health related concerns and improves our learning ability by forcing us to release thoughts from our mind that we don’t need to keep any longer.
